We’re Back!
By Steve Bennett | January 31, 2021
As I walk around North Cambridge, MA for exercise and photo opportunities, I pay close attention to the storefronts and restaurants. Some are hanging in. Others have said their goodbyes through heartfelt notes on their doors and windows. And still others are in a state of suspended animation; the lights are off, the signs from the initial lockdown of spring 2020 unchanged. (Who would have thought that it would be necessary to start qualifying the pandemic seasons with the YEAR). So it was quite refreshing today to see the cheery and welcoming store front of Spindler Confections—a sweet treat, for sure.
